PROGRAM REGISTRATION 

A New Approach to Stress for Professionals

Description: You’ll learn about energy, energy influencers, how to reduce stress reactions, and tools to help you live life to the fullest.

Instructor: Will Frystak. A Certified Professional Coach (CPC), COR.E Wellbeing Dynamics Specialist (CWDS), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to coaching, Will is experienced in the field of Disability and Absence Management with the following designations: Certification of Disability Management Specialists (CDMS), Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) and Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS).

Description: What would life be like if you had less stress, more fulfilling relationships, greater financial freedom, and better health? This program will take you on a journey to discover your unique well-being formula.

Description: How to minimize becoming overwhelmed when caring for others - You’ll explore the most common stress reactions for caregivers, approaches for shifting from reacting to choosing, and learn tools to support you in taking actions that will enable you to create more energy, freedom, and fulfillment in your life.

Getting Through Grief

Description: Are you grieving a loss? Grieving is a powerfully unpredictable process that significantly impacts us and those around us. In this class, we’ll explore the grieving process and learn ways to support us through the ebb and flow of grief.
