A gentle mat class for those adults who want a simpler approach to yoga, or maybe a beginner to yoga practice. In this class, you will learn basic yoga movements & poses to stretch & strengthen your entire body, improve your well-being, and help to deepen your breathing. Modifications will be made to adjust poses to meet student’s needs, understanding the limitations we all face as we age. This class will renew & energize you! Gain healthier joints, stronger muscles, more flexibility, improve your balance, and have a more relaxed, calm, and centered mind. Students must be able to get up and down off the floor/mat. Gary Steimle is a local stained glass artist and teacher with more than 25 years of experience. He offers classes through the Town of Rolesville, a 6 week class for beginners and a 4 week class for intermediate glass crafters. These classes require lots of hands-on experience and one-on-one instruction so now is the time to ask questions about our classes and any specific questions about the art of constructing a stained glass panel. You can send any questions that you have to email@example.com or Kristen.firstname.lastname@example.org. Take a look at the attached materials about getting started.
