The Town Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider site plan revisions to Case SP21-03 101 & 115 Redford Place Drive. The hearing will take place on August 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Board room at Town Hall.
The developer will hold aon July 27, 2021 regarding SP21-03 101 & 115 Redford Place Drive. The meeting is being held to receive input from citizens regarding proposed building architectural changes to the original site plan approved by the Town Board on November 4, 2019.
On November 4, 2019, the Town Board of Commissioners approved SP 19-03 with the condition that concrete median be removed. Center lane striping will replace the median.

At its regular meeting on July 22, 2019, the Planning Board voted to favorably recommend MA 19-04 to the Town Board of Commissioners. The case will most likely go before the Town Board in September 2019.
