The Preserve at Jones Dairy Road
Cases MA 18-04, SUP 18-05, SUP 18-06, and SUP 18-07
MA 18-04 is a petition to rezone 56.861 acres south of Jones Dairy Road from Residential 1 (R-1) and Residential 2 Special Use District (R2-SUD) to Residential and Planned Unit Development (R&PUD).
SUPs 18-05, 18-06, and 18-07 are special use permit requests to adopt PUD master plans for the property and two additional properties north of Jones Dairy Road. The SUP requests will require public hearings by the Town Board.

The Town Board of Commissioners voted to continue the discussion of MA 18-04 and the public hearing for SUP 18-05. Consideration of these cases will resume on September 17th at 7:00 p.m.
At public hearings on August 6, 2019, the Town Board of Commissioners voted to approve cases SUP 18-06 and SUP 18-07. This decision amended the master plans for the north and central sections of the Preserve at Jones Dairy Road.
The Town Board will hold public hearings for MA 18-04, SUP 18-05, SUP 18-06, and SUP 18-07 at its regular meeting on August 6, 2019. The meeting at Town Hall will start at 7:00 p.m.
GTR Dev., LLC will hold a neighborhood meeting on July 2, 2019 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Rolesville Community Center, 514 Southtown Circle, Rolesville, NC 27571. The developer will present the proposed development and answer questions. This meeting is open to the public.
The petitioner has requested to postpone the public hearings for cases SUP 18-05, SUP 18-06, and SUP 18-07. Property owners will receive notification prior to the Town's rescheduling of the public hearings.
The Planning Board voted in favor of MA 18-04, the request to rezone the southern tract to Residential & Planned Unit Development. The case will proceed to a public hearing before the Town Board.
