ATT Installing Fiber Cable Around Rolesville

AT&T is placing a 100% fiber network within the Town of Rolesville and the surrounding area subdivisions.   

AT&T contractor Ansco & Associates and their subcontractors are placing AT&T buried fiber throughout the neighborhoods. The AT&T technicians are then placing aerial fiber and splicing all fiber to provide service.  

The contractors are placing door hangers that have a customer care number listed on them.

If a resident has any questions or concerns about the fiber placement in their neighborhood, please call the (877) 245-6660 number listed on the door hanger.   

Upon calling that number, a call representative will gather information (such as the contractor code number, incident/concern, etc.) to share with Ansco & Associates crews.  

Each area has a different contractor code to enter. This will ensure your concern goes directly to the team working in your area. 

Please refer to the table below to find out the code to enter when calling the support number.  

AT&T Managers will also be involved to ensure all items are resolved in a timely manner.
