Pole Walking in the park pop-up
Description: Did you know that walking with Activator Poles (TM) has the potential to activate 90% of your muscles versus walking without them? Want to try them out? Join Kristina for Poling Walking in the Park. She will provide instructions on how to walk with the Activator Poles, provide poles for you to use, and even have some for purchase if you decide you "can't walk without them" after you try them.
Must sign a waiver to participate in activity. You also must be able to endure standing/walking activity for at least 30 minutes to safely participate.

Tai Chi
Description: Regularly practicing Tai Chi can reduce the risk of falls, boost confidence, and enhance strength and balance. This low-impact activity emphasizes the mind-body connection through mindful weight transference, situational awareness, and improved posture. These gentle movements may also help relieve stress and ease painful joints.

Polercize
Description: Want to have fun and exercise at the same time? Join us for Polercize! This class will challenge your body and equip you to age well by focusing on endurance, flexibility, balance, and functional strength utilizing Activator poles (TM). These poles have the potential to activate 90% of the muscles in our bodies, they offer stability while standing to perform balance exercises and improve posture. Poles will be available for your use during class (also available for purchase).

Description: Come out and join us for a workout like no other! We will teach you steps like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip-hop, and more. This will be a high-cardio workout where you will see results take place. Let's dance the calories away with a new dance fitness class. Pre-register and save on classes! If you'd like to join for just one night, the drop-in option is available each week for cash only.
