Food Security

Rolesville Food Security

In March of 2019, the Town of Rolesville Board of Commissioners endorsed Wake County’s Comprehensive Food Security Plan. The vision of the Food Security Plan is to have a food secure Wake County, where ALL people have physical, social, and economic access to safe, nutritious, culturally appropriate, and affordable food.
 Rolesville Resource Center

The Rolesville Resource Center (RRC) was created to develop and launch a viable food security plan for the Rolesville area. The Rolesville Resource Center is a group of community members, food security organizations, and resource experts who have come together to develop programs and partnerships that align with Wake County’s Comprehensive Food Security Plan.
