Planning Director
The Town of Rolesville is seeking a strategic Planning Director to lead its Planning Department during an exciting period of growth and development. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to shape the town’s future through comprehensive planning, zoning enforcement, permitting, and current planning initiatives.

Fire Chief
The Town of Rolesville is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and decisive Fire Chief to lead the newly unified Rolesville Fire Department. With the formation of the Rolesville Fire Department on July 1, 2025, the incoming Chief will play a pivotal role in shaping the department’s future, overseeing a combination of career and volunteer staff across three shifts.
The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of departmental operations, including personnel recruitment and training, emergency response planning, budget development, grant management, community engagement, and interagency coordination. A strong background in fire service administration, emergency operations, and community relations is essential.
