To request a refund for any of the Parks and Recreation Programs. Refunds are subject to the following guidelines:
- Non-attendance/non-participation in a program does not entitle a participant to a refund.
- 100% refund if the department cancels the athletic league, program, class, facility rental or summer camp.
- 100% refund (minus $5 administrative fee) in the following cases:
| Athletics | No later than two weeks after the first assigned team practice. After the second week of practice, refunds will not be granted. If a player is injured during the first two games of the season, a refund will be granted. After the second game, no refunds will be issued. |
| Program, Class, or Trip | 10 days prior to the start date of the program or activity. |
| Shelter Rental | 96 hours before the reservation date of the shelter. If inclement weather occurs the day of the reservation, you may request a future reservation date at no charge. |
| Community Center Rental | 10 days prior to the reservation date of the Community Center. |
| Camps | 14 days or more before the camp week start date. |

To rent the Community Center at 514 Southtown Circle (same building with Town Hall) or the amphitheater at Mill Bridge Nature Park (425 Nature Park Drive). Fill out the form and a staff member will contact you regarding the rental and well as take payment over the phone to secure the reservation.

If your child is already registered for camp, please fill out these forms to provide the necessary health and demographic information in order for your child to attend.
If your camper needs to be picked up by someone not originally on the authorized pick-up for Summer Camp, please fill out this form.
The Town of Rolesville Parks and Recreation Department strives to bring new and unique programs to the community. We are always looking for new vendors who can offer programs that will benefit the community. Let us know what you have to offer by completing this form.
