Below are the individual "Checklists and Plat Examples" for these four application types. These are to be used as the plats/plans are being created to ensure a complete and reviewable plat/plan set is submitted. Failing to follow these Checklists could result in the rejection of a submittal due to incompleteness.

Sketch Plan Meeting Request - This is a meeting request to discuss a prospective development or subdivision with Town Planning staff; it is non-binding and non-committal.
Land Development Ordinance (LDO) Text Amendment - An applicant-initiated request to modify/change language within the Land Development Ordinance (LDO).
Property Owner Consent Form- All applications must include one (1) property owner consent form (per owner) per PIN (Parcel Identification Number) with the Financially Responsible Party identified.
Rezoning Map Amendment - A Legislative decision of the Board of Commissioners to voluntarily change the Zoning District of a property.
Special Use Permit - A Quasi-Judicial, Evidentiary Hearing decision by the Board of Adjustment (BOA) to permit a Use identified as "S" in Section 5 of the LDO (Permitted Use tables).
Voluntary Annexation Petition - A Legislative decision of the Board of Commissioners for a request to annex a property into the Town Limits.
Zoning Variance Application - A Quasi-Judicial, Evidentiary Hearing decision by the Board of Adjustment (BOA) to modify an eligible standard within the LDO.
Zoning Verification Letter - Administrative letter from Staff that confirms and details what the existing Zoning entitlement of a property is.
