Fall FunFest 2026 Vendor Application
Registration opens on August 3, 2026, at 8:00 am
The registration deadline is October 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
Vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Only electronic applications are accepted because they can be time- and date-stamped. If you require assistance, please contact us at 919-554-6582 or email ParksRec@rolesvillenc.gov.
Once we have reviewed your application, Town of Rolesville staff will contact you regarding acceptance and fee payment. The deadline for payment is October 14, 2026.
If your application is not accepted, you will receive an email by October 16, 2026.
