Get ready for a Fun, Fall, Family afternoon with lots of talented arts and crafts vendors, information booths, businesses and non-profits gathering on Main Street for music, food trucks and the Kids Costume Contest! More details to follow.

Vendor applications go live on July 1st 2020 at 8:00 AM! The registration deadline is Thursday October 1, 2020.

All vendor spaces will be 12'x12' (food trucks are 12' x 20'). If you need a larger area, please contact us for arrangements. No electricity, chairs, tables or water will be provided.

Vendors are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. If your business has a non-compete clause, we will only accept the first completed application. Only electronic applications will be accepted due to the ability to time/date stamp each application. If you need assistance, please contact us.  Once we have reviewed your application, you will be contacted concerning acceptance and fee payment. All vendor fees are $25, except for food trucks ($50). 

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS ONLY: Please upload the requested forms. We must have copies of these documents for your application to be complete. Your liability insurance MUST list the Town of Rolesville as an additional insured on your policy.
