Fall FunFest 2025 Vendor Application

Registration opens August 4, 2025 at 8:00 am
Registration deadline is October 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm.

Vendors are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Only electronic applications will be accepted due to the ability to time/date stamp each application. If you need assistance, please contact us at 919-554-6582 or email ParksRec@rolesvillenc.gov

Once we have reviewed your application, Town of Rolesville Staff will contact you concerning acceptance and fee payment. The last day to make payment is October 15, 2025.

If your application is not accepted you will receive an email by October 10, 2025.
