Please use this checklist after:
- Construction Infrastructure Drawing Approval -(Subdivision) (fully signed CID Plans and Wake County Environmental Services has issued a Land Disturbance permit). The only building permits that can be applied for at this time are for a construction trailer and retaining walls.
- Final Site Plat Approval-(Residential Subdivision) (fully signed FSP). Wake County Lot by Lot permits and a Conditional Letter of Acceptance issued by the City of Raleigh should be acquired prior to conducting a Pre-Vertical Construction Meeting. A Pre-Vertical construction meeting must include all required agencies listed on the provided checklist.
- Site Development Plan Approval- (Commercial or Non-Residential) (fully signed SDP Plans). SDPs are either commercial or non-residential projects (Amenity Centers) for the ultimate development of a recorded lot. IF applicable, a Wake County Environmental Services Land Disturbance permit should be acquired prior to conducting a Pre-Construction Meeting.
*Important note- Excluding for construction trailers and retaining walls, if a permit is entered into the Wake County Permit Portal before a Pre-Vertical Construction Meeting is held, the permit will be withdrawn.
