During the past few months, I have had the opportunity to meet with employees of the Rolesville Police Department and community members. It became obvious to me that Chief Simmons is the right choice for our next Chief of Police. From my years of local government management experience, I understand the importance of quality policing services to the community. Chief Simmons conveys this importance with his actions and dedication to the community. We are grateful that he chose to return back to Rolesville after starting his career here. He knows Rolesville and the region. Most importantly he will strive to meet the demands of the position and community. On behalf of the Rolesville organization, we are excited to have Chief Simmons lead the Department.”
