ROLESVILLE, NC- Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm The Town of Rolesville will celebrate National Night Out.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes strong police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live and work. Together, we are making that happen. From time to time, neighbors throughout your city and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on their front porch lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors and law enforcement.
Chief of Police, David Simmons II shares his excitement for this year’s event. “We enjoy the opportunity to educate the public on the different types of equipment in public safety today and to see the positive interactions between our public safety partners and citizens.”
This year, the Town of Rolesville is looking forward to a night of music, food, giveaways, the community meeting with local first responders, and educating the community about public safety tips.
