Neighborhood Meeting for Tom's Creek (MA 21-10)

The applicant for the Tom’s Creek Map Amendment (aka Rezoning) application (MA 21-10), Toll Brothers, Inc., is holding a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 6:00 PM via a ZOOM webinar.  The Map Amendment request is to change the zoning from the existing Town of Rolesville Residential Low Density (RL) and Wake County R-30 districts to a Residential Medium Density – Conditional District (RM-CZ).  Meeting details are as follows:
