The Town of Rolesville is excited to share that the Rolesville Downtown Development Association (RDDA) issued the second reimbursement award through its Facade Improvement Program.
Main Street Collective on Main Street received a $875 reimbursement for a brand-new sign to showcase their wonderful business.
The Town is proud to partner with the RDDA in supporting property owners and local businesses that are investing in the appearance and vitality of our downtown area.
Launched earlier this year by the RDDA in partnership with the Town of Rolesville, the Façade Improvement Program is a 50/50 matching grant initiative designed to encourage property owners and business operators to reinvest in their buildings through exterior enhancements such as painting, lighting, signage, and landscaping. Each approved project may receive up to $2,500 in matching funds.
By improving building exteriors, the RDDA aims to make downtown Rolesville more attractive and inviting for residents, visitors, and potential investors. The initiative supports the broader goal of strengthening the town’s economic vitality and creating a distinct sense of place in the heart of Rolesville.
Founded in 2023, the Rolesville Downtown Development Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to attracting new businesses, supporting existing ones, and collaborating with local stakeholders on marketing, beautification, and special events to strengthen downtown Rolesville.
With this first award, the RDDA and the Town of Rolesville are demonstrating their shared commitment to sustainable growth and revitalization, one façade at a time.
