Zumba

Description: Come out and join us for a workout like no other!  We will teach you steps like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip-hop, and more.  This will be a high-cardio workout where you will see results take place. Let's dance the calories away with a new dance fitness class. Pre-register and save on classes! The drop-in option is also available for purchase each week. Cash is welcome but REC1 account is required to attend.

Chair Yoga

Our experienced instructor ensures a safe, comfortable practice, perfect for easing into yoga without strain. Join us to experience how Chair Yoga can boost your vitality and bring a sense of calm into your daily life.

Beginner Yoga

Description: Dive into the essentials of yoga with our Yoga for Beginners class! Tailored for those new to the practice, this class gently introduces basic poses, breathing techniques, and mindful movement. With personalized guidance and modifications from our instructor, you'll build flexibility, strength, and a sense of calm. No matter your starting point, this class offers a supportive environment to explore yoga's physical and mental benefits. Join us and start your journey towards balance and well-being, one breath at a time.
