Town Campus Plans

In early 2021, The Town purchased a 17-acre site which encompasses two parcels of land, 406 and 408 E. Young Street .  The purpose of the site will be to accommodate a future Town Hall, Town Police Department building, and Wake County Library.  ColeJenest & Stone serving as Town on-call engineer, completed pre-purchase engineering due diligence and feasibility of use for the site.  The due diligence pre-purchase work included initial storm drainage, environmental, and geotechnical analysis that assisted in the purchase of the site.

Currently The Town of Rolesville is gearing up for the 17-acre Town Campus, the site plan includes facilities such as; Town Hall, Police Department, Wake County Library, Community Center and Fire Station.

After 6 months of site planning, the Town provided an opportunity for Rolesville residents to receive insight and have questions answered at a Town Campus Open House at the C. Frank Eagles Board Room in June 2023.  This was an official introduction of The Town Campus to the public. Staff from Town Hall and ADW ARCHITECHTS who have been working on the site plan was in attendance to better educate the community about the process.
