Merger Town Connection Process

  • Find out your availability for Raleigh water and sewer.
  • Visit your merger town to apply for water and sewer.
  • Once the permit is issued, pay over the Permit and Development Portal with a credit card or eCheck. The Permit and Development Portal account provides:
    • A centralized dashboard to monitor your development projects.
    • More, real-time notifications throughout the review process.
    • Enhanced, online scheduling for inspections.
    • The option to pay fees online.
    • If you are a one-time payor for a permit, you do not have to set up an account, but you will need your invoice number to make a payment online. If you choose to pay in person, please visit the Planning and Development Customer Service Center in the City of Raleigh.
    • If you are a frequent customer, you will benefit from setting up a Portal account

Use IMaps to find property information such as jurisdiction, places of interest, zoning, etc. 

drivenc.gov - in the search bar at the top, enter "Wake County" and a map of Wake County will appear, from which you can navigate into the Rolesville area.  Manipulate the Map Filters/Layers on the left side.
