The Community Center is located in the same building as the Rolesville Town Hall, and it can be rented for events such as an HOA meeting, birthday party, graduation celebration, or reunion. Features:

• Up to 96 chairs and 12 eight-foot folding tables are available
• additional 9 seventy two-inch round tables available at $8.00 each
• Capacity: 133 people (with tables and chairs) or 293 people (without tables and chairs)
• There is no kitchen on site
• The facility has a dividable room
• The rental time must include your set-up and clean up, and there is a 2-hour minimum rental period

Rental Fees:

• Hourly rate - Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
  • $45 Resident
  • $75 Non-resident
• Hourly Rate - Weekends and Evenings (after 5PM - 11PM)
  • $60 Resident
  • $90 Non-resident
