The application closes on May 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
Vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Only electronic applications will be accepted because they can be time- and date-stamped. If you need assistance, please contact us at 919-554-6582 or email ParksRec@rolesville.nc.gov.
Once we have reviewed your application, the Town of Rolesville Staff will contact you concerning acceptance and fee payment. The last day to make a payment is June 10, 2026.
If your application is not accepted, you will receive an email by June 12, 2026.
