North Wake Eye Center- Rogers Road | SP-22-08 Approved 2024.04.08- 5,800 SF building consisting of two (2) suites/spaces; a 4,300 SF space is identified as being for a Medical Office zoning use, the other 1,500 SF space for a 'retail lease space is under construction. |
Opal At Main- North Main Street | Application REZ-25-04 received to construct 51 attached dwelling units. The town board has not heard this case yet. |
