The Point - Under Review

** ALL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UNDER THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (UDO).

CD 22-03 - Harris Creek Interceptor Construction Drawings - Off-site sewer improvements  along Harris Creek on multiple properties in Town's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). Project is related to The Point project.  Proposes 418 LF of 18" sewer line, 3,469 LF of 24" sewer line, and 13 manholes.  See this City of Raleigh Utility Department webpage about the project.

- 1st Submittal -- Received 2021-11-09. Not officially reviewed by TOR TRC Staff.  

- 2nd Submittal -- Received 2022-06-08; on review 2022-06-27; Comments published 2022-07-08.

- 3rd Submittal - Received 2022-09-23, on review 2022-09-30, Comments published 2022-10-12.  There are no further Comments, and Applicant is to attain signatures on Signature set of plans.

- 4th Submittal - Received 2023-09-20, on review ASAP by City of Raleigh Utility Department; comments published 2023-11-05. 

 FSP-23-04 - Point South Phases 1, 2, 6, 9 - Final Subdivision Plat to record 266 residential lots and 12 open space lots, pursuant to CD 20-06 (as revised), PR 20-01, and SUP 18-09. 

- 1st Submittal received 2023-05-01; on TRC-STAFF review 2023-05-04; comments published 2023-06-05.

- 2nd Submittal received 2023-06-15; on TRC-STAFF Review in JULY; comments published 2023-08-02.

CID-24-01 - Point South Phases 8 & 14 (aka Package #3) - Construction Infrastructure Drawings for Phases * & 14, for 178 total residential lots - 64 Single Family Detached (SFD), lots 739-802, and 114 Single-family Attached (Townhomes, TH) being lots 624-738 (total Lot range 624 - 802). 

- 1st Submittal received 2023-12-13; on TRC-STAFF review during JANUARY 2024; comments published on 2024-02-05. ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 37/74 sheets, Cover to C6.18A / Plan Set 2 is the last 37/74 sheets, C6.13B to L5.20 .

- 2nd Submittal received 2023-03-01; on TRC-STAFF review during MARCH 2024; comments published on 2024-04-02.  ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 33/77 sheets, Cover to C5.10 / Plan Set 2 is the last 44/77 sheets, C6.00 to L5.20 .

- 3rd Submittal received 2024-05-02; on TRC-STAFF review during MAY 2024; comments to be published on/by 2024-06-10.  ** Note - CD Plan set is broken into two (2) parts for file size purposes -- Plan Set 1 is the first 60/77 sheets, Cover to C8.03 / Plan Set 2 is the last 17/77 sheets, C8.04 to L5.20 .

REVISION to CD 20-08, Point South Phases 3,4,5,7,10 (aka Package #2) - Under Review - Submittal to review specific aspects on 8 Sheets being C2.11 (Site Plan Area K); C3.11 (Grading and Storm Drainage Plan Area K); C3.15 (Grading and Storm Drainage Plan Area "O"); C5.00 (Plan & Profile, Stormwater Control Measure "J" Plans); C9.00J/C9.01J/C9.02J/C9.03J (Stormwater Control Measure "J" Plan View, Details, and Landscape Plans); Revised SIA and Storm Drainage Calculations.

- 1st Submittal received 2024-01-15; on TRC-STAFF review during FEBRUARY 2024; comments published on February 19, 2024.

- 2nd Submittal received 2024-02-21; on TRC-STAFF review during MARCH 2024; comments published on xx03/04/2024-No further comments.
