Dear Vendors,
Thank you for being a part of the Town of Rolesville’s annual Fall FunFest! The festival will be on Saturday, October 26th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will have street vendors on both sides of Redford Place Drive, food trucks, and beer & wine vendors in the parking lot of Redford Place Park. On Marvin Perry Field we will have family games, inflatables, a DJ, and a Costume Contest at 1:00 PM.
In this packet, you will find a document to place in your vehicle for check-in, a list of vendors (alphabetical and numerical), vendor layout with numbers (North and South views), vendor map (North and South views), festival map, check-in details, clean up details, detour map, and the event flyer.
Booth Sizes
- Street Vendor spaces are 12'x12'
- Food Vendor spaces are 12'x12'
- Food & Beverage Vendor spaces are 20'x27' (three parking spots)
NO electricity, Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, or water will be provided. You are responsible for bringing all the supplies you need for your booth. All vendor spots will be located on asphalt. If you have a pop-up tent it is required that you secure your tent, so it does not blow away. Sandbags or a bucket full of rocks work well to secure a tent.
All vendors are only permitted to hand out information and sell items/goods between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
All vendor booth locations are set, booth location will not and cannot change. Vendors are not allowed to trade or move booth locations. Vendors are also not allowed to give their booth to another organization or business if they are unable to attend the event.
Please be respectful to the vendors around you and our staff/volunteers. If there are any issues or problems, please discuss those with Special Events Coordinator Kristen Stafford or fill out our vendor survey. Vendors who do not show respect to others and staff/volunteers will not be invited back to attend this event.
Redford Place Drive will close to vehicular traffic beginning at 6:00 AM on Saturday, October 26, 2024, for the festival from the intersections of South Main Street/Redford Place Drive to Littleport Road/Ashbrittle Road/Redford Place Drive. Once vendors have exited the area after the festival, the road will open to all public vehicle traffic.
VENDOR ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN
Vendor check-in will be from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
Enter Redford Place Drive from Virginia Water Dr to find the check-in area. You will NOT be able to enter the festival from Main Street this year. Please be aware that the check in area is at a different location than in the past!
Make sure to see the map to see how to get to the check in area. There will be Rolesville Staff at the traffic circle on Redford Place Drive to greet you to check in. When you enter the festival area after being greeted by staff, the Even-numbered booths (blue) will be on the Ball field side of the street and the Odd-numbered booths (red) will be on the Food Lion side of the street, as seen in the maps within the packet. Please use the suggested times listed below for arrival, this will help control the flow of traffic during check-in. If you need more time to set up your booth you may arrive before your check-in time, but please DO NOT arrive later than your check-in time listed below. During check in the street will have one-way traffic for vendors, traveling towards Main Street.
All vendors located in the Redford Place Park parking lot must arrive no later than 8:00 AM, to ensure you have enough room in the street to drive to your assigned space. Any vehicles parked in this area (for example: Food Trucks) CANNOT leave the event before 4:30 PM.

Only two vehicles per booth are allowed to park in Vendor Parking. Any additional vehicles can park at Rolesville Elementary School or Main Street Park. Vehicles parked in vendor parking will be able to leave during the festival but must leave via Main Street.
When you arrive, there will be a Police Officer blocking the road, please print out page five (5) of this packet, write in your booth Name and Number on the line, and place the paper on your dashboard, this will let the Police Officer know you are a vendor, and they will allow you to go through to the check-in area. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact the Special Events Coordinator at Kristen.Stafford@rolesville.nc.gov.
A Town of Rolesville Volunteer or Staff member will greet you and check you in. Once checked in, please find your booth location and unpack all your belongings before parking your vehicle. Each booth will be marked with spray paint, if you need help finding your space, please find a Volunteer or Staff member to help you. Once your vehicle is parked in either vendor parking or Rolesville Elementary School you can walk back to your booth and start setting up. It is important to unpack everything, park, and then set up your booth to keep the road clear for all the other vendors. If you try to set up as you unpack this will block the road and other vendors will not be able to enter to get set up. The road will be a one-lane road, so please do not block the road for an extended period.
Vendor parking will close at 10:30 AM. If you arrive at the check-in area (the traffic circle) after 10:30 am you will NOT be allowed to drive to your booth. Redford Place Drive will be completely closed to ALL vehicles starting at 10:30 AM. If you arrive after 10:30 AM you will have to park in vendor parking and carry all your supplies to your booth. You may also park at Rolesville Elementary School or Main Street Park and carry all your supplies to your booth. NO vendors will be allowed to check in and set up once the festival has started at 11:00 AM. No refunds will be granted for vendors who do not show up or show up late.
PACKING UP AND LEAVING
If a street vendor would like to pack up and leave before the festival is over, they must pack up all their belongings and carry them to their car. No vehicles will be allowed on the street until the festival is over, if you need to leave before the festival is over, please exit to Main Street from vendor parking. Food Trucks and other vendors with vehicles located in the Redford Place Park parking lot CANNOT leave the event before 4:30 PM.
Starting at 4:15 PM or when patrons are no longer walking in the street, we will allow vendor vehicles into the street to pick up their belongings. All vendor vehicle traffic will go one way from School Street towards the traffic circle to Virginia Water Dr. PLEASE pack up all your belongings before driving your vehicle to your booth, this will help the flow of traffic as everyone prepares to leave. Please double-check that you have all your belongings. Any items that get left behind will be disposed of.
All vendors are required to be packed up and be off the street by 6:30 pm. Vendors who have not packed up and left by 6:30 pm will be charged $40 per half hour if they are still in the street. Vendors who stay past 6:30 PM will receive the invoice from the Town of Rolesville Finance Department.
Trash
There will be trash cans throughout the festival, please use these cans to dispose of any trash during and after the festival. If a trash can is full, please do not overflow the trash can or place trash next to the can. The dumpster located in the Redford Place Park parking lot will be unlocked and is available. Food vendors, please use the dumpster rather than the trash cans.
TIMELINE
- 6:00 AM: Redford Place Drive closes to non-vendor vehicle traffic
- 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Vendor check-in begins at the traffic circle, please display the included parking permit on your dash so traffic control knows to allow you to pass. See Vendor Check-in Times above.
- 10:30 AM: Redford Place Drive closes to all vehicle traffic
- Vendors arriving after 10:30 am must park in vendor parking and walk to their booth.
- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Fall FunFest is open to patrons.
- 4:15 PM (or when patron foot traffic has ended): Redford Place Drive opens to vendor vehicle traffic.
- 6:30 PM (or when all vendors have exited): Redford Place Drive re-opens to all vehicle traffic.
