Dear Vendors,
Thank you for being part of the Town of Rolesville’s annual Fall FunFest! The festival is on Saturday, November 1st, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be street vendors on both sides of Redford Place Drive and in the Redford Place Park parking lot, food trucks, and beer and wine vendors on Marvin Perry Field, along with family games, inflatables, and a DJ.
The packet linked above includes a document for checking in your vehicle, an alphabetized and numbered list of vendors, a vendor layout, a vendor map, a festival map, check-in details, vendor parking, cleanup instructions, a detour map, and the event flyer.
Booth Sizes
- Street Vendor spaces are 12'x12'
- Food Vendor spaces are 12'x12'
- Beer & Wine Vendor spaces are 25’ long
- Food Truck spaces are 30’ long
No electricity, Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, or water will be provided. You are responsible for bringing all supplies needed for your booth. All Street Vendor and Food Vendor spots will be on asphalt, while Food Trucks and Beer and Wine Vendors will be on grass. If you have a pop-up tent, it must be secured to prevent it from blowing away. Stakes, sandbags, or a bucket of rocks are effective ways to secure a tent.
All vendors are only permitted to hand out information and sell items/goods between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
All vendor booth locations are final; they cannot be changed. Vendors are not allowed to trade, move, or transfer their booths to another organization or business if they cannot attend the event.
Please show respect to the vendors, staff, and volunteers around you. If you have any issues or concerns, speak with our Special Events Coordinator, Kristen Stafford, or complete our vendor survey. Vendors who disrespect others, staff, or volunteers will not be invited back to this event.
VENDOR ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN
Street Vendors And Food Vendors Check-In
Check-in is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Enter Redford Place Drive via Virginia Water Drive to find the check-in area. (see detour map for directions) Please note that entry from Main Street is not permitted. The check-in area is in a different location than in previous years, so please refer to the map directions. Rolesville staff will be at the traffic circle on Redford Place Drive to greet you and assist with check-in. When you enter the festival area, the even numbers between 2-78 (blue) will be on the ball field side of the street, and the odd numbers between 1-79 (red) will be on the Food Lion side. Booths numbered 80-123 (purple) are located in the Redford Place Parking lot, as shown on the maps in the packet. Please follow the arrival times below to help manage traffic flow. If needed, you may arrive earlier than your designated time to set up, but do not arrive later than your scheduled check-in time. The street will be one-way for vendors heading toward Main Street during check-in.
Food Trucks and Beer & Wine Vendors Check-In
Check-in is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. All Food Trucks and Beer & Wine Vendors will be located on Marvin Perry Field. Access Marvin Perry Field via School Street, which can be reached from Main Street. Avoid entering the festival from Redford Place Drive or Virginia Water Drive. Please note that the check-in location has changed from previous years! Consult the map for directions to the new check-in area. Rolesville staff members will welcome you at the Marvin Perry Field entrance and help with check-in. Vendors will be assigned their spots upon arrival.

Vendor Parking
Vendor parking is in a grassy field at 201 S Main Street. After unloading, turn right onto School Access Street, follow it to the end, then turn left onto School Street. Vendor parking is on the right before the Rolesville Elementary School parking lot. Each booth can have up to two vehicles in vendor parking; extra vehicles should park at Rolesville Elementary School or Main Street Park. Vehicles in vendor parking can leave during the festival but must exit via Main Street. At the end of the day, vendors will exit the opposite way they entered.
Arrival
Upon arrival, a police officer will block the road. Please print page five of this packet, write your booth name and number on the line, and display it on your dashboard. This helps the officer identify you as a vendor and allows you to proceed to the check-in area. If you cannot access a printer, contact the Special Events Coordinator at KStafford@rolesvillenc.gov.
A Rolesville volunteer or staff member will greet you and assist with check-in. After checking in, locate your booth using the spray-painted markers and unpack all your belongings before parking your vehicle. Ask a Volunteer or Staff member if you need assistance finding your spot. Once your vehicle is parked in the vendor parking area or at Rolesville Elementary School, you can walk back to your booth and begin setting up. It's important to unpack, park, and set up to clear the road for other vendors. Setting up while unpacking can block the road, preventing others from entering. Since the road is single-lane, please avoid blocking it for too long.
Vendor check-in closes at 10:00 AM. You cannot drive to your booth if you arrive at the check-in area (the traffic circle) after this time. Redford Place Drive will be closed entirely to all vehicles starting at 10:00 am. If you arrive late, you must park in vendor parking and carry your supplies to your booth. Alternatively, park at Rolesville Elementary School or Main Street Park and walk your supplies to your booth. No vendors will be permitted to set up once the festival begins at 11:00 AM. There are no refunds for vendors who are late or do not show up.
CLEAN UP AND EXITING
If a vendor wants to leave before the festival ends, they must pack and carry all their belongings to their car. No vehicles are permitted on the street until the festival concludes. To leave early, vendors should exit to Main Street via the vendor parking area.
Starting at 4:15 PM or once patrons stop walking in the street, vendors can bring their vehicles in to collect their belongings. All vendor traffic should move in one direction—from School Street to the traffic circle and then to Virginia Water Dr. PLEASE pack up everything before moving your vehicle to your booth to keep traffic moving smoothly as everyone prepares to leave. Double-check that you have all your items, as anything left behind will be discarded.
All vendors must be packed up and off the street by 5:30 pm. Vendors remaining after this time will be charged $40 per half-hour. Vendors still on the street past 5:30 pm. will receive an invoice from the Town of Rolesville Finance Department.
Trash
Trash cans will be placed throughout the festival area; please use them to dispose of trash during and after the event. If a trash can is full, do not overflow it or leave trash next to it. An unlocked dumpster in the Redford Place Park parking lot is available. Food vendors should use the dumpster instead of the trash cans.
TIMELINE
- 6:00 AM: Redford Place Drive closes to non-vendor vehicle traffic
- 7:00 AM—10:00 AM: Vendors check in at the traffic circle. Please display the included parking permit on your dashboard so the Officer knows to let you pass.

- Vendors arriving after 10:00 am must park in vendor parking and walk to their booth.
- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Fall FunFest is open to patrons.
- 4:15 PM (or when patron foot traffic has ended): Redford Place Drive opens to vendor vehicle traffic.
- 6:30 PM (or when all vendors have exited): Redford Place Drive re-opens to all vehicle traffic.
