What?

The Town of Rolesville is planning for the future. On October 21, 2025, the Board of Commissioners approved the Town of Rolesville Comprehensive Plan 2050. It is a long-term roadmap that will guide our community as it grows over the next 25 years.

Why?

The Town’s previous comprehensive plan was developed in 2017, and the town has changed a lot since then. The new plan helps ensure that we continue to grow thoughtfully.

What Now?

Now that the plan is approved, the Town will start working on putting it into action. That means updating zoning rules, setting priorities for new projects, and continuing to involve residents along the way.
