The Town of Rolesville is pleased to announce the hiring of our first Town Engineer, Scott Miles, PE, who officially begins on Monday, February 9, 2026.
A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Scott brings more than two decades of municipal engineering experience serving North Carolina communities. His background includes leadership roles in water resources, stormwater management, public infrastructure design, capital improvement planning, and utility operations.
Scott has extensive experience managing complex infrastructure projects, overseeing regulatory compliance programs, securing grant funding, and supporting responsible community growth. His expertise and collaborative approach will help guide Rolesville’s continued development while protecting the quality of life our residents value.
