Director of Human Resources
The Town of Rolesville is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead its HR department with purpose and innovation. Reporting to the Town Manager, the Director will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, safety, wellness, and organizational development, while aligning these efforts with the department’s mission to attract, develop, motivate, and retain exceptional employees.
