6000 Rogers Road is a 2.09 acre lot being the greater portion of Lot 1 from BM2006/Pg1481.  The project is to develop a single non-residential building containing multiple retail/service/commercial suites, with associated parking lot, landscaping, utilities and stormwater facilities.

VAR-23-02 - Variance - APPROVED 12/12/2023 by Board of Adjustment.  Variance to reduce Street Yard Buffer and Perimeter Buffer.
