Townes at Carlton Pointe Public Hearing Continues April 2nd

At its regular meeting on March 5th, 2019, the Town Board of Commissioners deferred the decision on the Townes at Carlton Pointe (Map Amendment 18-05 and Special Use Permit 18-08). The proposal would rezone existing commercial property around Vineyard Pine Lane to permit townhomes. The development would be incorporated into Carlton Pointe’s master plan.
