TA-25-03 - APPROVED 2025-04-01 - LDO Section 5.1/Table 5.1, Principal Uses - 'Government Facilities' Use. Town initiated amendment to rename the "Government Offices" zoning use to "Government Facilities", and then make it a Permitted (P) Use in the Residential Low (RL), Residential Medium (RM), Residential High (RH), and Manufactured Housing (MH) zoning districts.

TA-25-05 - APPROVED 2025-08-05 - LDO Section 6.8.6.G.; 3.4.1./Table 3.4.1. Minimum Transparency row; 3.4.2./Table 3.4.2. Minimum Transparency row; 3.4.3./Table 3.4.3. Minimum Transparency row. An Applicant-initiated amendment to the Transparency building design requirements for Multifamily Building types. Two (2) submittals reviewed by Town Staff between April and June 2025. On 2025-06-23, the Planning Board made a recommendation of Approval 5-0 (2 absent). Advertisement in the Wake Weekly newspaper on July 18th and 25th 2025.

TA-25-06 - APPROVED 2025-10-09 - LDO Section 5.1/Table 5.1, Principal Uses - 'Self-storage, Enclosed' and LDO Sections 3.4.2 and 3.4.3. regarding use of a Development Agreement to modify additional standards. An Applicant-initiated amendment to create a Principal Zoning Specific Use for " Self Storage, Enclosed" under the 'Commercial Uses' category; expand the use of a Development Agreement to modify all development standards in Sections 3.4.2 and 3.4.3. 2025-07-28 - The Planning Board voted 6-0 (1 absent) on a Motion to Recommend Approval (with suggestion that 'Self-storage, enclosed' include a Use Standard that precludes the use from being developed along the immediate frontage of Main Street) to the Board of Commissioners. 2025-10-09 - The Board of Commissioners voted XXXXX on a Motion to Approve.
TA-25-08 - Applicant-Initiated - APPROVED 2026-01-06 - LDO Section 5.1/Table 5.1, Principal Uses - 'Hospital Use' . An Applicant-initiated amendment to the Principal Zoning Specific Use of " HOSPITAL" under the 'Office and Medical Uses' category, to amend Sections 5.1.5.C. to create Section 5.1.5.C.5 to state "A Hospital use may be Permitted (P) by-right as a Condtion of a Conditional Zoning (CZ) form of Rezoning approval from the Board of Commissioners. " On 2025-10-27 - The Planning Board made a unanimous (6-0, 1 vacant) recommendation of Approval to the Board of Commissioners. On 2026-01-06 - The Board of Commissioners conducted a Legislative Hearing and voted unanimously to Approve.

On 2025-10-27 - The Planning Board made a unanimous (6-0, 1 vacant) recommendation of Approval to the Board of Commissioners. On 2025-12-15, the Planning Board made a ________ (x-x) recommendation of Approval to the Board of Commissioners. On 2026-02-03, he Board of Commissioners conducted a Legislative Hearing; there were no speakers not including the Applicant. On a Motion to Approve, the Board voted unanimously (5-0).

- Application presented to the Planning Board on 05-27-2025 - provided a unanimous recommendation of Approval with suggestion of capping the maximum number of repair bays.
- Town Board of Commissioners to conduct Legislative Hearing on July 1, 2025 to consider this application.
- Legal Advertisement requirement published June 13 and June 20, 2025.
- On 2025-07-01-2025, the Applicant requested Agenda Item 11.a. be withdrawn from the Agenda, and the Board agreed to remove it from that agenda, and deferred the Application date-certain to the September 2, 2025 Regular Meeting.
