Wallbrook - Under Review

This webpage contains all the Development Applications that are currently Submitted and Under Review by the Town Technical Review Committee and/or Town Planning Board/Board of Commissioners (depending on the type of application).  Once an Application achieves its final Approval, those records will be moved to the "Wallbrook - Approvals" webpage.


SDP-24-03 - Chase Bank Wallbrook - UNDER REVIEW -  Site Development of (currently proposed Lot 5A per PSP-24-01 and FSP-24-13) for a commercial bank office.

- 1st Submittal rcvd 04-29-2024, on review during MAY 2024; Comments published on 06/09/2024.

- 2nd Submittal rcvd 07-01-2024, on review during JULY 2024; Comments published on  08/01/2024.

 

FSP-24-13 - Wallbrook Lots 5A,5B,5C - UNDER REVIEW - Final Subdivision Plat to divide 6.48 acres, being PIN 1758563963 (Lot 5 of PR 21-04 Revised) into 4 non-residential lots.  V2 revised scope from 4 lots to 3 lots.

  • 1st Submittal rcvd 2024-09-03; on TRC Staff review during SEPTEMBER 2024; comments published on 2024-09-23.
  • 2nd Submittal rcvd 2024-10-03; on TRC Staff review during OCTOBER 2024; comments published on 2024-10-15.
    • Street Light Pole INVOICE 2875 for 6 poles issued 3-21-2025.
  • 3rd Submittal rcvd 2025-05-22; on TRC Staff review during JUNE 2025; comments to be published by/on 2025-xx-xx.
    • Explanation of revisions:
      • There’s been some rearranging of tenants, resulting in lot re-arrangement, and combining Lots C & D into one lot.
      • The cross-access easement has been updated to coordinate with the new drive aisle location.
      • Wallbrook Drive right-of-way is now being Dedicated (rather than just being reserved).

 

FSP-25-10 - UNDER REVIEW  - Final Subdivision Plat to record 1.25 acres, a portion of Lot 6 from Revised PR 21-04, for the development of 24 Single-family Attached (SFA, Townhome) lot, being Lots 80-103; 2,700 linear feet of 50' public right-of-way (Lettie Ln, Wallstone Way) and 680 linear feet of 60' public right-of-way (Wall Creek Drive).     

  • 1st Submittal rcvd 2025-02-27; on TRC Staff review during MARCH 2025; comments published on 2025-04-05.
  • 2nd Submittal rcvd 2025-04-28; on TRC Staff review during MAY 2025; comments published on 2025-05-23.
    • 1 remaining comment to add REcordation reference from another Plat; once that is completed, this can be submitted for Town signature and then Recorded.
