This webpage contains all the Development Applications that are currently Submitted and Under Review by the Town Technical Review Committee and/or Town Planning Board/Board of Commissioners (depending on the type of application).  Once an Application achieves its final Approval, those records will be moved to the "Wallbrook - Approvals" webpage.


 CD 22-06 - Construction Drawings for Off-site sewer line improvements located along/near Virginia Water Drive near the boundary of the Carlton Pointe and Villages of Rolesville subdivisions, and within PIN 1758651927 open space lot.  This application is submitted and being reviewed under the Land Development Ordinance (LDO)

- 1st Submittal received 10/28/2022 / Comments published on 12/04/2022 / 2nd Submittal received 12/29/22 / Comments published on 02/01/2023 3rd Submittal received 02/28/23 / Comments published on 04/06/2023.

- 04/06/23 - Applicant is to attain Signatures of Wake County Environmental, Town, and COR-PUD, and provide fully signed plan set to Town. 

 

CD 22-02 REVISION - A Revision to the previously approved Construction Drawings for mass grading & sewer line realignmentThis application is regulated under the Land Development Ordinance (LDO). 

- 1st Submittal rcvd 02-01-2023 - Comments published 03/06/2023.  Awaiting a Resubmittal.

CID-23-01 - Construction Infrastructure Drawings for Roadway Improvements including Wallbrook Drive and Virginia Water Drive within the Wallbrook subdivision. This application was submitted/reviewed/Approved under the Land Development Ordinance (LDO). 

- 1st Submittal rcvd 02-01-2023  - Comments published 03/06/2023.

- 2nd Submittal rcvd 06-23-23 - on TRC-STAFF Review during July, comments published on 07/27/2023.

CID-23-02 - Construction Infrastructure Drawings for Lots 1A, 1B, 1C, and 2 within the Wallbrook subdivision. This includes 3 lots for retail/commercial uses (incl. Publix) and the primary stormwater control measure (pond). Original CD Plan set file over 100KB, is broken into 4 parts to allow uploading to Town webpage. This application was submitted/reviewed/Approved under the Land Development Ordinance (LDO). 

- 1st Submittal rcvd 03-03-2023 - Comments published 04/05/2023.   Awaiting a Resubmittal.

SP 22-03 REVISION - Site Plan for Lots 1A, 1B, 1C, and 2 from REVISED PR 21-04, to construct Buildings 1,2,3,4 including PUBLIX.  This application was submitted/reviewed/Approved under the Land Development Ordinance (LDO).

SDP-23-04 - Site Development Plan of Lot 11 of the Wallbrook commercial development for a 7-Eleven convenience store/gas station .

MOVE TO APPROVED ----  SDP-23-05 - Site Development Plan + Construction Infrastructure Drawings for Lots 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, and 3 (portion) for development of Publix grocery store building, 3 other retail buildings, parking lots and landscaping, and infrastructure including stormwater control measure to serve this development.  * Submittal combines SDP-23-05 and CID-23-01, Construction Drawings for the 2 public roadways in the subdivision (Virginia Water Drive and Wallbrook Drive).  Plans should be reviewed as one single plan set of both on-lot site development and associated off-site public infrastructure construction.
