SUP 18-03 is a petition to amend the existing Residential and Planned Unit Development (R&PUD) master plan for Barrington subdivision. The amendment would allow for the replacement of seventeen single-family lots with 32 town home units. The Town of Rolesville requires a detailed site plan for all town home developments. If the Town Board approves the amendment, the petitioner will submit the detailed site plan for a separate review.

PR 19-02 is a preliminary plat for the subdivision of Barrington Phase 2 Townhomes.

The Planning Board unanimously voted to recommend PR 19-02 for approval by the Town Board of Commissioners.

Barrington Town Home Site Plan Approved

After consideration at its regular meeting on May 7, 2019, the Town Board of Commissioners has approved the detailed site plan for Barrington subdivision's town home section. Construction authorization is pending at this time.

The Town Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the site plan for Barrington Phase 2 on May 7, 2019. The public hearing will be part of the Board's regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

On October 31, 2019 the Town Board of Commissioners approved SUP 18-03. SUP 18-03 amended the Barrington R&PUD master plan to replace seventeen single-family lots with 32 town home units.
