FSP-23-16 - 640, 641, & 671 Granite Vista Drive - Recombination and Easement Plat, to recombine Lots 15 and 16 of 'North Wake Developers, LLC Granite Falls Lots 13 through 16', being BM2008/pg2247, into one lot ("New 1"), and establishing a City of Raleigh Waterline Easement and a Stormwater Access & Maintenance Easement.
