Regency at Heritage

This is a residential subdivision of a total of 94 single-family detached dwelling unit lots. 27 lots are located on 14.72 acres in the Town of Rolesville's corporate limits (per Voluntary Annexation A 19-02); the remaining 67 lots are located in the Town of Wake Forest corporate limits.  The subdivision was conceived in three (3) phases - Phases 1 and 2 within the Wake Forest jurisdiction, and Phase 3 consisting of 27 SFD Lots being # 68-94 in the Rolesville jurisdiction.  The Town of Rolesville jurisdiction portion was entitled and developed under the Town's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) which was in effect at the time of this project; this Ordinance ceased to be in effect as of June 1, 2021 when the Town adopted the Land Development Ordinance (LDO).  Projects entitled and vested under the UDO were able to complete their development regulated by the UDO after June 1, 2021.
