MA 19-03 is a petition to rezone 4.38 acres of a 7.44 acre parcel at 151 Grand Rock Way (PIN 1759707093) from Residential and Planned Unit Development (R&PUD) to Commercial Outlying Special Use District (CO-SUD). This will permit commercial development and residential uses on the property. The SUP 19-02 is a special use permit for approval of a mixed-use master plan for this property under the CO-SUP district.

Neighborhood Meeting

The applicant will host a neighborhood meeting on November 13, 2019. The meeting will last from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. It will be held at the Town of Rolesville Community Center, 514 Southtown Cir., Rolesville, NC 27571. This meeting is open to the public. Property owners within 200 feet of the subject site will be notified via mail.
