MA 19-03 - ad Map Amendment (ie Rezoning) application to rezone 4.38 acres of a 7.44 acre parcel (PIN 1759707093), addressed as 151 Grand Rock Way, from the 'Residential and Planned Unit Development (R&PUD) District to the Commercial Outlying Special Use District (CO-SUD) under the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).

SUP 19-02 - Special Use Permit application for approval of a Mixed-use Master Plan for this property under the CO-SUP District of the UDO, to develop 47 townhomes on 5.99 acres and a 1.45 acre commercial development tract. At their June 2, 2020 meeting, the Town Board of Commissioners held a Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing for Agenda Item C.1, and voted unanimously for a motion to Approve, stipulating the omission of a street connection to South Main Street.  See Recorded Document Bk018047/Pg01129 below.

S 19-02 / aka PR 19-03 - Preliminary Subdivision Plat submittal to subdivide _ 

CD 20-01 - Construction Drawing submittal went through 3 submittals of TRC-Staff review and were approved on 03/04/2021 (Signature by Planning Director, see uploaded file).

FINAL PLAT - BM2021/PG01913-01914 was recorded on 11/01/2021 to create 47 townhome lots, one common open space lot (#48), and one future development lot (#49).

Planning Board Meeting

November 21, 2019

The Planning Board will hear case MA 19-03 on November 25 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public.

Neighborhood Meeting

October 24, 2019

The applicant will host a neighborhood meeting on November 13, 2019. The meeting will last from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. It will be held at the Town of Rolesville Community Center, 514 Southtown Cir., Rolesville, NC 27571. This meeting is open to the public. Property owners within 200 feet of the subject site will be notified via mail.
