302 South Main StreetSite Construction (the Learning Center) to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on February 12, 2025.
306 South Main StreetSite Construction (Scooters) to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on January 9, 2025.
414 South Main StreetSite Construction (Glo On Main) to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on March 11, 2025.
4502 Vineyard PineREZ-23-04 Approved 2023.07.06. Site Development Plan under review to construct a multi-tenant commercial/retail center. Site Development Plan is under TRC review.
6000 Rogers RoadSite Construction to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on April 28, 2025. The project will develop a single non-residential building containing multiple retail/service/commercial suites.
625 Averette RoadApplication received for REZ-25-03- 08 single-family dwelling units and 70 attached dwelling Units (Townhomes) are proposed. The Town Board has not heard this rezoning request.
6520 Fowler Road / 6521 Mitchell Mill RoadREZ-24-04, Approved on August 5, 2025, to construct 100 Single-family detached dwelling units. 
901 E. Young Street (Gravity) PSP-25-02: A non-residential subdivision for a future shopping center is under TRC review.
A-Master Team TownhomesSite Construction of 47 Single-family attached dwelling units (townhomes) is scheduled to begin following the Final Plat recording on November 1, 2021.
Atticus Woods FKA Wait Avenue- 2028, 2200, 2206, 2216, 2232Application REZ-24-05 to construct 75.382 acres of residential lots, 25.291 acres of commercial lots. The town board has not heard this case yet.
Broadmoor (FKA Woodlief Assemblage) Rolesville RoadSite Construction to build 157 Single-family detached lots and 98 Single-family attached lots following the pre-construction meeting held on June 27, 2025.
Cobblestone- Main StreetUnder Construction SP-21-01 Approved-to build 180 multi-family dwelling units (apartments) and 53,384 sf retail/flex/commercial space.
Elizabeth Springs- Averette RoadUnder Construction to build 100 Single-family detached and 105 Single-family attached (Townhome) units 
Frazier Farm 11124 Louisburg RoadUnder TRC review. 
Harris Creek Farm (FKA 4928 Universal)MA-22-08 Approved April 16, 2024, to build 149 residential units (up to 68 single-family detached dwelling units and 81 townhouse dwelling units)
Hills at Harris Creek- Mitchell MillREZ-24-02 Approved May 7, 2024, to build 225 Single-family detached dwelling units.
Jones Dairy Storage- Jones Dairy RoadMA-22-09 Approved April 4, 2023, to build a self-storage unit. 
Kalas Falls- Rolesville RoadSite Construction to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on March 25, 2025.
Main Street Grant ProjectUnder Construction
Meadow at Jones Dairy (FKA the Preserve at Jones Dairy North)- Jones Dairy RoadSUP-18-07 Approved August 06, 2019 to construct 141 single-family lots  and 63 single-family attached (townhouse) lots.
Merritt Property- Rolesville RoadREZ-24-01 Approved 2024.11.07 to construct 505 single-family (attached and detached) dwelling units, with 3.83 acres of non-residential (commercial/ retail). Under TRC review.
North Wake Eye Center- Rogers RoadSP-22-08 Approved 2024.04.08- 5,800 SF building consisting of two (2) suites/spaces; a 4,300 SF space is identified as being for a Medical Office zoning use, the other 1,500 SF space for a 'retail lease space is under construction.
Opal At Main- North Main StreetApplication REZ-25-04  received to construct 51 attached dwelling units. The town board has not heard this case yet.
Parker Ridge- Redford PlaceSite Construction approved to build 162 Single-family detached dwelling units and 114 Single-family attached (townhouse) dwelling units to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on July 28, 2025.
Pearce Farm (FKA Tom's Creek)- Burlington Mills RoadMA-21-10 Approved 2023.08.15 to construct 559 Single-family detached dwelling units. This project is under review.
Preserve at Moody Farm- Rolesville RoadMA-21-05 Approved 2021.12.07 to construct 87 Single-family lots. This project is under review.
Prestleigh (FKA The Preserve at Jones Dairy Road- Central)- Jones Dairy RoadSUP-18-06 Approved 2019.08.06 to construct 261 Single-family detached lots and 173 Single-family attached (townhome) lots. This development is under construction.
Reserve at Mitchell Mill (FKA 5109 Mitchell Mill)MA-22-06 Approved 2023.01.17 to construct 261 Single-family detached dwelling units and 134 Single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units in the RH Zoning District and 50,000 SF non-residential (commercial/retail) development in the NC Zoning District. This project is under review.
Rolesville Crossing - Jonesville RoadMA-20-01 Approved 2020.11.17 (UDO) to construct 177 Single-family detached dwelling units and 120 Single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units. This project is under review.
Scarboro Village - Main StreetApplication REZ-25-05 received to develop a maximum of 63 Single-family attached dwelling units (townhomes), and 1.34 acres of General Commercial. The town board has not heard this case yet.
The Point- East Young StreetSite Construction approved to build 650 Single-family detached dwelling units and 250 single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units, 10.82 acres of retail/office space, to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on February 11, 2025. This project is under construction.
The Townes at Carlton Pointe- Jonesville RoadMA-18-05 Approved on 2019.04.02 to build 54 Single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units. This project is under construction.
Tidal Wave Car Wash- Main StreetSDP-23-08 Approved on 2025.03.07. Site Construction can begin after a Pre-Construction meeting is held.
Town Campus- East Young StreetUnder TRC review.
Tucker Wilkins- Rolesville RoadMA-21-06 Approved on 2022.02.01 to build 27 Single-family detached dwelling units and 71 Single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units. This project is under review.
Wake Med- Burlington Mills RoadApplication REZ-25-06 received to develop a 36,000 SF standalone emergency department. The town board has not heard this case yet. 
Wallbrook- Approved- South Main StreetSite Construction to begin following the pre-construction meeting held on March 7, 2025.
Wallbrook Flats- Burlington Mills RoadApplication REZ-25-01 received to develop 264 attached (apartment-style) dwelling units. The town board is set to hear this case on October 9, 2025.
