SUP 18-07 - PUD Master Plan (APPROVED by Town Board 08/06/2019)
Special Use Permit for Preserve at Jones Dairy Road - North Section for a PUD Master Plan for maximums of 141 single-family lots  and 63 townhouse development in the R&PUD District.  Document Recorded on 10/25/2019 as Bk017626/Pg02480-02486. 

PR 20-02 – Preliminary Subdivision Plat Review (APPROVED by Town Board 10/20/2020)
Preliminary Subdivision Plat to subdivide 49.16 acres for 134 Single-family detached lots with a total of three (3) phases, and a future Townhome area/component.  On 10-20-2020, the Town Board unanimously Approved (6-0) this Preliminary Subdivision plat.  On 01-05-2021, the Town Board approved the ORDER document as Consent Agenda Item B.6, and this was Recorded on _______ as Bk_____/Pg______. 

SUP 21-02 - Phasing Plan Revision (APPROVED 07/08/2021 by Town Board)

Relative to SUP 18-05 (South), SUP 18-06 (Central), and SUP 18-07 (North).  This also revised the Phasing Plan included/approved in Preliminary Subdivision Plat PR 20-02.  On 07/08/2021, the Town Board held an Evidentiary Quasi-Judicial Hearing and approved the request unanimously (5-0). On 08/03/2021, the Town Board voted unanimously (4-0, 1 absent) and approved the ORDER document, and this was Recorded on ____________  as Bk_____ / Pg______. 

SP 21-04 - Site Plan for Townhomes (APPROVED 08/02/2022 by Town Board) - Site Plan application to create 63 townhome lots for the Townhome component of the project, acting as the preliminary subdivision plat given PR 20-02 specifically excluded the Townhome area. On 08-02-2022, the Town Board of Commissioners conducted an Evidentiary Quasi-Judicial public hearing (as required by SUP Condition) and voted 4-1 to Approve SP 21-04 as Agenda Item C.2.   The ORDER of Approval document was approved by the Town Board on __date tbd__ as Consent Agenda Item __tbd__, and this document was recorded on __date tbd__ as BK ___xxx__/PG__xxx__. 

CD 21-04 - Construction Drawings (APPROVED 08/08/2022 by Planning Director)

Pursuant to PR 20-02 and SP 21-04 to create 132 Single-family detached lots and 63 Townhome lots, respectively, on 49.16 acres zoned R&PUD under the UDO.  Final Approval date is 08-08-2022 when Signed by Planning Director.

FP 22-17 - RECORDED - Single-family Phase 1, Townhome Phases 1,2,3 Final Plat  - Final Plat to subdivide 35.104 acres and record 62 Single-family detached (SFD) lots and 63 Single-family Attached (Townhome) lots, as well as open space lots and new public rights-of-ways.  This plat comprises 4 planned phases - Phase 1 of Single-family detached lots, and Phases 1, 2, and 3 of Townhome lots.  Project Name Change implemented, Preserve at Jones Dairy North now Meadows at Jones DairyRECORDED on 05/11/2023 as BM2023_Pg842-850. *For Single Family Detached area, Open Space Dedication Deed recorded 12-29-2023 as Bk019510_Pg02018.

SDP-23-01 - APPROVED - Site Development Plan for Amenity Center within Meadows at Jones Dairy.  Signed by Planning Director on 05/23/2023; Signed by COR-PUD on 05/26/2023.

FSP-23-06 - RECORDED - A Final Plat revising previously approved FP 22-17 (Recorded on 05/11/2023 as BM2023_Pg842-850) in order to add a note and show drainage easements between certain lots.  RECORDED on 07/07/2023 as BM2023_Pg1164-1172

FSP-23-12 - RECORDED 2024-02-06 as BM2024/Pg325-327 - Single-family Detached Phases 2,3,&4 - A Final Plat subdividing 14.063 acres into 70 single-family detached residential lots, one (1) open space lot, and associated right-of-ways. This plat is pursuant to PR-20-02 and CD 21-04.  There are 8 street light poles being installed in these phases.

  • STATUS 2/2/2024: Email communication clearing for submittal to Planning Director for signature, contingent on providing Deed of Conveyance and any Restrictions and Covenants that may apply to Lot AOS #1 included in this plat.

FSP-24-08 - RECORDED 2024-03-06 as BM2024/Pg554 - Recombination of Lot 220 and Open Space #6, to correct a recording error.
