Agendas & Minutes

The Town of Rolesville's governing board consists of a Mayor, a Mayor Pro Tem, and four Commissioners. In addition to the Board of Commissioners, the Town has four advisory boards. 

Meetings may be rescheduled to accommodate holidays, elections, etc.

All meetings are held in the council chambers inside Town Hall unless otherwise noted. 

• The Board of Commissioners meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
• The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday at 7 p.m.
• The Planning Board meets on the fourth Monday at 7 p.m. of each month unless scheduled otherwise. 
• The Board of Adjustment meets on the second Tuesday of the month at noon unless otherwise noted. 
• The Tree Board meets quarterly at 11 a.m. unless otherwise noted.
