REZ-25-01 -- UNDER REVIEW - Rezoning Map amendment to rezone 15.82 (combined) acres from Residential High- Conditional Zoning (RH-GC) and General Commercial (GC) to a Town Center-Conditional Zoning (TC-CZ) District for the development of up to 264 multifamily dwelling units and XXX square feet of non-residential XXXX uses.

- Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) - contracted in April; study begun in May. Pre-Payment received 2025-05-12.
- The Neighborhood Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10th.
TIA Draft is tentatively scheduled for delivery by July 15th.
REZ-25-01 is tentatively scheduled for the August 25th Planning Board meeting, pending all comments resolved and TIA draft is available.
