Land Development Ordinance and Town Code
The Town Board of Commissioners approved and adopted Resolution 2021-R-27 on June 1, 2021, repealing the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Zoning Map and adopting the Land Development Ordinance (LDO) Zoning Map. The LDO contains land use, development, and zoning regulations and was last amended on June 16, 2026.
