**This project/subdivision is subject to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) due to the timing of its initial entitlements.

MA 21-06 - APPROVED 2022-02-01 -  A Map Amendment (Rezoning) request to change the zoning from Wake County's Residential 30 (R30) District to the Town of Rolesville's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Residential 3 Conditional District (R3-CZ).  The proposed zoning condition limits the residential development to single family attached (townhomes) and detached housing and maximums of 27 single-family detached dwellings and 71 single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units.   

  • On January 4, 2022, the Town Board of Commissioners held a public hearing, and voted 3-2 on a motion to Approve MA 21-06.
  • On February 1, 2022, the Town Board of Commissioners Approved a revised/updated set of Conditions of Approval (dated ______ ). 

ANX 21-04 - APPROVED 2022-01-04 -  Voluntary Annexation Petition to annex 32.59 acres into the Town Corporate limits.  On January 4, 2022, the Town Board of Commissioners held a public hearing, and voted 3-2 on a motion to Approve ANX 21-04.

PSP-23-01 - APPROVED 2025-12-03 - Preliminary Subdivision Plat to subdivision 32.819 acres zoned R3-CZ into 27 Single-family detached dwelling lots, 63 Single-family Attached (Townhome) lots, and multiple (TBD) lots for common open spaces and/or stormwater management/utilities.  Six (6) Submittals reviewed by TRC Staff between December 2022 and December 2025.
