Rolesville Crossing (fka Hopper Communities, fka Wheatland)

** ALL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UNDER THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (UDO).

Located at 1801 Rolesville Road (PIN 1767483143) and 6301 Mitchell Mill Road (PIN 1767586083) - this project is 90+ acres and involves a Voluntary Annexation application (ANX 20-03), a Map Amendment application (MA 20-03), a Preliminary Subdivision Plat application (PR 21-02), and Construction Drawing application (CD 21-08).

ANX 20-03 - APPROVED - 2020-11-17 -- Voluntary Annexation petition for _95.632_  acres.  On 11-17-2020, the Town Board approved the Annexation request, annexing _95.632_ acres into Town Limits.  The Annexation Ordinance is recorded with Wake County Registry at Book ______ / Page ______. (to be completed by Town)

MA 20-01 - APPROVED - 2020-11-17 --  Map Amendment (rezoning) Application to rezone the property from the (Wake County) R-30 District to the R3-CZ [Conditional Zoning] District (UDO) to develop a maximum of 297 dwelling units, of which no more than 120 can be Townhomes. On 2020-11-17, the Town Board approved the application. 

PR 21-02 - APPROVED - 2022-04-05 -- Preliminary Subdivision Plat to subdivide 91.39 acres zoned Residential 3 Conditional District (R3-CZ) under the UDO to create 177 Single-family detached lots, 120 Single-family Attached (ie Townhome) lots,  and 36 open space (active and conservation) lots.  Five (5) Submittal reviewed between February 2021 and March 2022. On 04/05/2022 the Town Board of Commissioners held an Evidentiary Quasi-Judicial public hearing, and voted unanimously to Approve PR 21-02 as presented.

FP 22-13 - RECOREDED - 2023-06-12 - Final Plat to create an Off-site Sewer Easement to support Rolesville Crossing subdivision project.  Recorded on June 12, 2023 and recorded as BM2023/Pg1009-1010. 

CD 21-08 - APPROVED 2023-09-20 by Town - Construction Drawings for the subdivision approved via PR 21-02, to develop 177 Single-family Detached (SFD) lots, 120 Single-family Attached (ie Townhome) lots,  and 36 open space (active and conservation) lots.  Five (5) submittal reviewed between September 2021 and August 2023.
