REZ-25-04 - Rezoning Map Amendment - UNDER REVIEW

V3 Submittal added two parcels, located at 205 N Main (PIN1769123307) and 108 Nortwick (PIN1769121549), to the previous two parcels requesting Residential High-Conditional Zoning (RH-CZ), located at 204 W Young (PIN1769027985) and 0 N Main (PIN1769029362). The additional acreage increases the project size from 9.14 acres to 11.5 acres. With the acreage increase, the dwelling unit count increases from 51 (fifty-one) single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units to 71 (seventy-one) single-family attached (townhome) dwelling units and 2 (two) single-family detached dwelling units. 

V1 and V2 Submittals requested to rezone 204 W Young Street- PIN 1769027985 (1.93 ac) & 0 N Main Street- PIN 1769029362 (7.21 ac) from Residential Low (RL) to Residential High Conditional Zoning (RH-CZ).

  • 2nd submittal received 2025-09-02; on review by TRC during SEPTEMBER; comments published on 2025-09-22.
  • 3rd submittal received on 2025-12-01; in review by TRC during DECEMBER; comments published on 2026-01-05.

Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) performed by Town's on-call consultant's DRMP. TIA dated February 2026 and sealed dated 2026-02-06 was received 2026-02-06.
