Atticus Woods - formerly known by the addresses of the 5 tracts of land comprising the property, bing 2028, 2200, 2206, 2216, 2232 Wait Avenue and being PIN's  1860045788, 1860056400, 1860151206, 1860143789, 1850950449  and under common ownership under two different business names (WFINV, LLC and Thales Academy).

Any improvements identified by the study would be required to be permitted with the Construction Drawings constructed prior to the recording of lots.  A Water Model in compliance with CORPUD handbook shall be submitted by the Project Engineer for review and approval prior to Construction Drawing approval.
