SUP 17-02 was a special use permit to adopt a new planned unit development (PUD) master plan. This case included conditions for the property. SUP 18-04 amended SUP 17-02. S 18-01 was an application for preliminary plat approval. SP 19-01 is the detailed site plan for the town home section of the development. SUP 19-03 amends SUP 17-02 and SUP 18-04 to incorporate phasing of road improvements into the plans.

On November 4, 2019, the Town Board of Commissioners approved SUP 19-03 and SP 19-01. SUP 19-03 revised the phasing of road improvements for Elizabeth Springs. SP 19-01 incorporated the townhome site plan in Tract B.
The Town Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearings for SP 19-01 and SUP 19-03 on November 4, 2019. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Board room at Town Hall.
Construction is underway for Tract A of Elizabeth Springs subdivision. Tract A is the single-family portion of the development. Tract B consists of townhomes and is subject to detailed site plan review by the Town Board of Commissioners.
