FSP-25-17 - Final Subdivision Plat - Phase 1B-S3 (Section 3) - UNDER REVIEW - Final plat to subdivide 42.797  acres and create/record 43 Single-family Detached (SFD) lots , being Lot Numbers 155-197 / 2 Open Space lots being Open Space Lots #2 (6.204 ac.) and #3 (0.990 ac) /  1,061 linear feet of 60' public right-of-ways being Long Melford Drive; 181 linear feet of 50' public right-of-way being Stone Overlook Court.  The Maximum Impervious Coverage per lot is 2,500 SF.  Per the Lighting Plan there are 8 Street Light poles in this Phase.

Parker Ridge subdivision - Site Blasting to Begin

May 6, 2024

The civil engineering contractors (Cardinal Civil Contractors) for the Parker Ridge residential subdivision project will commence with ground disturbance including pyrotechnics (ie blasting) beginning May 6th, 2024.  Parker Ridge is located on both sides of Redford Place Drive, east of S. Parker Ridge Site construction begins

April 8, 2024

On Monday, April 8, 2024, construction site work began for the future residential neighborhood called Parker Ridge, located at 201 Redford Place Drive.   Construction work for the infrastructure of the neighborhood should continue throughout 2024.  UPDATE 12/2024 - Infrastructure Construction is and  will be continueing into 2025.
