On 9/6/2016, the Town Board held an Evidentiary Quasi-judicial hearing; the hearing was continued to the Board's 10/3/2016 meeting, at which the Board unanimously Approved SUP 16-02 as conditioned, with the revision of requiring the materials and equipment be stored inside containers and trailers, without requiring a perimeter fence.
