MA 19-02 is a petition to rezone four parcels between Manly Farm Rd. and Rolesville Rd. from Residential 1 (R-1) and Residential 2 Special Use District (R2-SUD) to Residential and Planned Unit Development Conditional Zoning (R&PUD-CZ).
SUP 19-01 is a proposal for the PUD master plan and special use permit conditions.

Average lot size is 12,389 square feet, smallest lot size is 6,024 square feet and largest lot size is 31,065 square feet.

The Town Board approved MA 19-02 and SUP 19-01 at its regular meeting on November 19. The next steps will be a detailed site plan for the townhome portion of the property.
On November 4th, the Town Board of Commissioners voted 3 to 2 in favor of MA 19-02. This outcome did not meet the 3/4 majority required by North Carolina State law. A second reading is scheduled for November 19th at 7:00 p.m. The Board will also hear SUP 19-01 at that time.
The Town Board of Commissioners voted to continue the public hearings for MA 19-02 and SUP 19-01 to November 4th. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall in the Board Chambers.
On September 23, 2019, the Planning Board voted 5-2 to forward MA 19-02 to the Town Board of Commissioners with a recommendation for approval of R&PUD-CZ. The Town Board will hear this case and SUP 19-01 at its meeting on October 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
On September 3, 2019, the Town Board took no action on MA 19-02 and SUP 19-01. The hearings will resume on October 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
The Town Board will hear cases MA 19-02 and SUP 19-02 on September 3, 2019. The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
